Three ways to get 100% back

• The class doesn't fill. Every class runs with 8 to 20 students. If fewer than 8 have booked when booking closes (shown on each course page), we cancel the class and refund 100% automatically. You don't need to do anything.
• You change your mind before the start. Email contact@hawkx.net from the address you booked with, any time before the first class, and we refund 100%.
• Class 1 isn't for you. Attend the first live class. If the course isn't for you, email us before the second class starts and we refund 100%. No forms, no questions.

After class 2

Once the second class has started, the course is non-refundable, except as set out under your right of withdrawal below.

Your EU right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you live in the EU, you can withdraw from your booking within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. At checkout you ask us to start the course within those 14 days if it begins sooner. If you then withdraw after classes have started, we refund what you paid minus the classes already held (€99 ÷ 16, about €6.19 per class). Our guarantees above apply on top of this right and never reduce it.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually show up within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Bring-a-friend

When your friend books, they enter your email in the "Referred by (friend's email)" field at checkout. Once your friend has attended their first class, we email each of you a 10% discount code for your next HawkX course.

• You must also be a paying HawkX student (current or past).
• If your friend takes the money-back guarantee, no codes are sent.
• One code per friend you bring, for each of you. Codes can't be exchanged for cash.

Certificate of Completion

You earn a HawkX Certificate of Completion by attending at least 13 of the 16 live classes and submitting your final project. Each certificate has a unique ID. It confirms you completed the HawkX course and your project.

Classes

Classes are live online, in English, at the times shown on each course page. Materials and exercises are shared after every class. If a teacher can't make a class, we reschedule it and let you know by email.

Teachers

Every teacher is a working professional who has passed a paid trial lesson with us. We introduce your teacher by email 7 days before class 1.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. HawkX never sees or stores your card details.
