Who we are

HawkX is operated by HawkX Ltd, Leoforos Archiepiskopou Makariou III 6, 2330 Lakatameia, Lefkosia, Cyprus. We are responsible for your personal data. Contact: contact@hawkx.net.

What we collect

• When you book: your name, email, billing country and, if you fill it in, the email of the friend who referred you. Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
• When you email us: your email address and what you write.
• During the course: attendance and your final project, so we can issue your certificate.

Why we use it

• To run your course: class links, materials, refunds, referral rewards and your certificate (to perform our contract with you).
• To answer your questions and, if you ask, tell you when a new course opens (your consent).
• To keep payment and tax records, as the law requires.

We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you asked for them.

Who else handles it

• Stripe: payments and refunds.
• Render: hosts this website.
• Our email provider: delivers our emails.
• The video platform used for live classes.
• Your teacher sees your name and email for the course they teach.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: as long as tax law requires (usually 6 years). Certificate records: so your certificate ID stays valid. Everything else: deleted within 12 months of your course ending, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email contact@hawkx.net and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
